That's a list of stuff which is meant to prevent issue at a later time, so I'd like to discuss them beforehand.
It’s a bit of a read, so please bear with me.

Version 1 (2020-02-22)

Requirements

• I like to upload the result to the website derpibooru.org myself.
  That way they appear at my profile page at the uploads tab.
  You don't have to have an account there, I'll credit your artist name properly.
  In case we are creating stickers, I'd like to upload to Telegram as well.
  You could release it anywhere else afterwards.

• Also I would like to preserve the right to not have it released at all without any reason given.
  Of course that wouldn't lower the payment you receive.

• Signatures or watermarks on the pony are a no for me.
  Of course I don't mind giving credit for the work you do, so a signature in a corner of the image or similar would be perfectly fine. It just shouldn’t cover the image content itself.

• For this next rule I'm very sorry that I have to do this, but because of some "artists" scamming, I'm forced to include this:
  I'd like to make you aware that if I do not get to see any progress made with that auction requested within the first two weeks (14 days) after payment, I'll have to escalate a complaint to PayPal to get my money back – before that becomes impossible to do so.
  I require WIPs or something convincing me that you're working on it and will indeed deliver.
  I'm really sorry for that drastic procedure, but in the past I had artists not even writing back after the payment.
  
  Should I have reclaimed my money and you still want to complete the piece I would be happy to transfer the money again as soon as the final product is delivered.
  Again, I'm really sorry for that precaution, but some sellers sadly just don't play fair.

Some notes collected over time from other auctions

• As in the past there sometimes were problems which could have been solved easily in an early stage.
  Fixing them later meant to delete and redo much of the work (like getting the mane right, etc.).
  Therefore I would ask to send sketches/WIPs (work in progress) early and regularly, so we don't have to do the changes when it’s already colored and done.
  
  If you send me a final piece directly, without giving me any chance to speak up and intercept the process to make needed changes (like mane style, etc.), you must be okey with me insisting on still doing those changes.

• Using a brush with a texture (I.e. to look like a graphite pencil, example) is not something I like.
  Tell me if you plan on using that, so we can make sure it looks good.
  I prefer a simple hard round non-textured brush for lines.

• Please don't add white lines to edges and outlines.
  It is often used as a light reflection, but in the past I often didn't really like it. If you want to try it out anyway, please make sure you're still able to remove it again effortless if needed.

• Often artists draw expressions over the mane.
  I rather would prefer if the hair would not be transparent.
  

• If we agree on clothes, I'd like to have them really drawn on it's own.
  That means instead of just changing the color of the body and the outlines to the color of the cloths, it should be drawn with it's own outlines. They are usually not a thin piece of paper, but a fabric with some thickness.
  

• If you don’t draw a background, please export a transparent PNG file instead of a white background when done.

• Please export the final image as PNG and not as JPEG. If that file is too big to upload, we can surely find a different way. Ask me for an email address you can send it to.

• For detecting changes in your work progress it is very helpful to get the full page export instead of screenshots or cropped versions, as that means I can switch through version quickly, and they overlap perfectly.
